This piece is my own take of 'Flaming June', which I am hoping to revisit again in the future. In this particular painting, the woman is our own babysitter and very good friend who agreed to be featured. She is streaming music from a device, that ironically was mean't to make the painting subtly be more 'current', but is now also out of date.
